The Gokai (the Five Principles of Reiki) form an indispensable part of the Usui healing system, being as they are, essential ‘keys’ to the deeper realization of true healing, harmony and well-being.
Initially designed as a ritualised process to help ‘align’ students to the Gokai on a subtle level, this Blessing ceremony has proved to be an effective healing practice in its own right.
The Gokai Blessing can be performed by Reiki Teachers, and also by level 2 practitionersโ a ceremony for sharing with both fellow practitioners and clients alike.
